In order to accommodate our growing student body, RCA will expand its full-time faculty as the school adds grades.
Additionally, RCA is always looking for qualified substitute teachers for the times when our faculty members have to be absent. Working as a substitute is a great way for us to get to know you and for you to become familiar with our distinctive culture. Substitutes may be asked to teach at any class level and for either half or full days.

All permanent and substitute teachers must pass a background check prior to beginning work. RCA provides background checks free of charge to individuals it chooses to hire.

Teaching at RCA is indescribable. Having the freedom to teach the students in a way that not only honors God, but is the way God intended for them to learn has opened my eyes to a new understanding of their true capabilities and potential.

To see them as they discover how a flower points to Jesus, how the changing leaves points to Jesus, how the roots, seasons, history, music all point to Jesus is a testament to God’s presence here. They are seeing the Lord in everything they encounter. They look at a painting and say it reminds them of creation.
They encourage each other and go out of their way to serve each other, even when there is no need because they just want to serve others. I am constantly amazed by the questions they ask and the connections to Christ they make.
